What we do now reflects in the future. it may not impact tomorrow or even next week. But it will.
It is easy to forget that our every action has a reaction. We don’t necessarily regard every single day as a day that can impact our lives forever, but we should. What if today you finished that novel? What if today you finally run that 5K in your desired time? What if you read an article that would stir up the emotions needed to take action? There are so many “what if” scenarios in everyday life that it is nearly impossible to connect one variable to the other. But the chance is there, it is always there.

Whether or not it is quitting a bad habit, getting up a few minutes earlier to enjoy the sunrise or simply drinking that glass of water. Small things have the biggest impacts because we are able to complete a numerous amount of them in a short period of time.
